Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos, and stories) tailored for different platforms.
• Oversee and optimize brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Plan and run paid social media campaigns to drive targeted traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
• Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, captions, and content formats to optimize engagement.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes, platform updates, and new social media trends.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing and management.
• Strong understanding of organic and paid social media strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram promotions.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills tailored for social media.
• Ability to analyze data, measure performance, and optimize campaigns.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
