Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven SMO (Social Media Optimization) Manager to lead our social media efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to enhance brand presence, increase engagement, and drive meaningful interactions across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and optimize social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Create, curate, and oversee high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) tailored to each platform.
• Implement paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster brand-community relationships.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and digital marketing teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.
• Conduct A/B testing on content and ad creatives to optimize engagement and ROI.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and implement best practices accordingly.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Proven experience in organic and paid social media strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram promotions, and Twitter Ads.
• Expertise in social media analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent content planning and copywriting skills for social media engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong creativity and strategic thinking.
• Experience in community management, influencer marketing, and viral campaign strategies is a plus.
